Hi!

My name is Megan. I am a dedicated, holistic Massage Therapist and Somatic Coach with a passion for guiding individuals towards their intuitive power of healing through body work, one on one coaching, and animal facilitated therapy. I earned my Associates in Applied Science for massage therapy at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minnesota and an integrative nutrition coaching certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York.

Throughout my life, my attention and energy went towards navigating demanding management positions while attempting to heal from stress induced physical and psychological disorders (anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addiction, and chronic pain).

When the pandemic hit and my father’s passing a year later, I was forced to look at my habits that were no longer serving me. I realized how much I was living my life from a constant state of survival and disconnection. This is when I made a promise to myself that I would start doing things differently to take care of my multi-dimensional health.

I began moving towards a slower, more present lifestyle integrated with self-care practices, mindfulness techniques, and regulating my nervous system. I learned how to find safety and self trust within my body which in turned helped me break away from my limiting beliefs and people pleasing behaviors.

For the first time in my life, I felt like I was fully thriving and not just going through the motions. Now, I am devoted to help others do the same!

By sharing my experiences and services, my hope is to facilitate meaningful connections and empower true authentic lives.

Outside of the office you can find me enjoying nature-especially on our 10 acre farm with our horses, chickens, and dogs. I love cooking, strength training, hiking, exploring different restaurants, reading, sharing time with family and friends, and playing recreational volleyball.
