What is Somatic Coaching?

A Somatic Coaching session focused on nervous system regulation, safety and self trust, while cultivating deep self-connection is a transformative experience that integrates relating to your body’s sensations, emotions, and inner wisdom.

Here's what such a session might look like:

  • The session begins with grounding techniques to help you become aware of your body’s current state. You’ll explore how stress or emotions are showing up in your body, whether as tension, discomfort, or other visceral sensations. Through somatic practices like breathwork or body scanning, you’ll learn to regulate your nervous system, bringing you a sense of calm and balance. The aim is to help you connect with the present moment and your body’s natural rhythms.

  • As we dive deeper, the focus shifts to building trust in yourself and tapping into your intuition. You’ll explore how your body communicates with you throughout life’s experiences and how to create healthy boundaries with yourself and others.

    Through guided self reflection, you’ll become more aware of your behaviors and design action steps that are going to align you with the life you truly desire.

  • Many times throughout our lives, we have gone through what I call ‘soul fragmentation’. This is, what I believe, to be a moment or an experience that broke us away from our most true, authentic selves.

    Throughout our session there will be opportunities where we will look at your timeline and integrate what was wanting to be expressed back into your current reality.

    This process allows you to develop a more compassionate relationship with the current version of yourself and your past selves who were temporarily suppressed.

    By the end of the session, you’ll feel more in touch with your emotions, your essence, and the things that are most meaningful and unique to you.
